Week 4 - check in.



This is what I lost this week.  I mean, I acaully wish I recieved a 2 pound puppy rather than lost 2 pounds but Im happy with the 2 pounds two.  I took a puppy off my body.  It always feels better when you look at what you lost rather than just say what you lost.

On April 27th - way back when- when I truly started this diet (even though i took a break over the summer) I weighted 155.5.  So as of today I have lost this:


Like I said saying seven pounds, and seeing seven pounds are two very different things.

Obviously special K works but I can't do it for 2 weeks.  I did it one, this week I made a big batch of white chicken chili with navy beans and kidney beans and next week I may do special K again.  Switch it but.

Omg, that's an AWESOME way to look at it! I love it. So since I've lost 12 pounds since January I have lost a HUGE newborn baby! haha.
