exercise challenge redux

My original plan:
Sun 11/29 - 1/2 hour on weights, 1/2 on elliptical
Mon 11/30 - 1 hour on Arc trainer
Tues 12/1 - 1/2 hour on weights, 1/2 on elliptical
Wed 12/2 - 1 Hour on Arc trainer
Thurs 12/3 -1/2 hour on weights, 1/2 on elliptical
Fri 12/4 - 1 Hour on Arc Trainer
Sat 12/5 - 1/2 hour on weights, 1/2 on elliptical

Since I am actually studying for finals - I'm a law student, who knew- I don't have that much time.  That is, with travel and shower and recovery, 2 hours. So I came up with a new plan:

Mon 11/30 - 1/2 on Arc trainer
Tues 12/1- 1/2 hour on circuit training
Wed 12/2 - 1/2 on Arc trainer
Thurs 12/3- 1/2 hour on circuit training
Fri 12/4- 1/2 on Arc trainer
Sat 12/5- 1/2 hour on circuit training
Sum  12/6 -1/2 on Arc trainer

The arc trainer earns me about 4 ww points back and so does the circuit trainer.  It will be 300 plus calories per day. I mean its more like 700-800 if i do an hour on the Arc trainer, but seriously.. law school.

Monday:
So I did it. I got up, I went.  Today is the easy day.  Its tomorrow or friday or either weekend day that will be the hard day.  But I have to do this.  If i can do a a week then I can do 30 days.  I know thats a jump, but thats how I feel.  Ill know what to expect.   If I can do 30 days, I can look awesome at the wedding.  I may be grasping at straws but this is how I feel.

Plus I just burnt 320 calories, so I am in a good mood.  I freakin' love the arc trainer.

Good for you. Don't drop the weights though. At least do a couple of sets of push ups, sit ups and pull ups with your aerobic work.

Not like you asked me or anything...

im not! its a full body circuit arms, legs, back, chest and abs.

i freakin' hate push ups, pulls ups... are they really worth doing?

Also I love unsolicited exercise advice - i hate exercise, i think its boring so im always looking for ways to change my routine before my exercise add kicks in.
