I hate waking up with a migraine. However, Prevention magazine, as well as the Mayo Clinic say that you should do a "neck check." If your symptoms are above the neck then you can exercise. I have also read, else where, that exercise can help cure headaches as a general rule, but I am not sure how well that will work specifically. Maybe I can just work this minor migraine right out of my body.
I will be truing the Couch to 5k work out from Cool Running. A special thank-you goes out to Heidi from Lipgloss & Law School for showing it out to me.
Week 1, Work out 1 is simply: "Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes."

I think even I can handle that - debilitating and dangerous asthma attacks. Maybe If I can complete all 9 weeks (or 27 work outs) I will be able do the Prevention 2 Week Turn Around.

my trainer swears that exercise is good for headaches... I think he's full of shit, personally... ha.
Good luck with the Couch-to-5k! I am currently on Week 7. I cannot believe I ran 20 minutes without stopping last week! Can't wait to hear how it goes.
